I love this place. So friendly, fast and attentive service, the food is never short of brilliant. Yes, the prices are Chinatown, not Leytonstone, but pay it because you won't find better elsewhere, not even Chinatown. Accommodating to all parties, so all kinds of groups, from couples to families to mates to solo diners come here. Truly a Leytonstone institution and like their other patrons, we'll be back. Book in advance - it's usually rammed!
Panda is great, the dim sum is lovey and so are the other dishes, you will always be welcomed warmly and even if you haven’t booked they will try and fit you in the best they can.
All the dim sum and bum options are great and you can’t go wrong, good vegi options also.
The Chinese broccoli with garlic is great and the double cooked pork.
The staff here are lovey and always happy to help and always have a smile.
It’s BYOB bring your own booze, which is great (lots of shops around to grab a bottle etc).
The decor is very simple but reminded me of some of the best dim sum places in Asia I had visited.
The taste of the food was very similar to that of dim sum in Asia also.
All the food is made there and you can see them preparing the dim sum and other dishes.
Prices are not that bad either, well worth a visit and I will definitely be back.
Local gem, watch them hand make their dumplings (and noodles) while you eat. Really nice Dan Dan, dumplings and Beef Soup Noodle. Great value, takes cards (most days) and always super friendly.
This place was the best thing about living in Leytonstone. The owners are the sweetest, the food is excellent and I've enjoyed every meal I've ever had there.
Chicken freid rice was with no flavour.... or seasoning or herbs or anything; some vegetable like peppers! Rice slightly not cooked right and hardly any chicken. One of the least satisfying flavoured rice's I've had
