Such a good meal at this place, everything was home made on the spot by a group of cooks you could see from your table. The food was really amazing and flavorful. Restaurant does not take cards but you can pay cash or transfer money to their account.
One of the freshest dim sums that I’ve had in London - you can tell that these were handmade dumplings (the pan fried dumplings were my favorite, especially the fish and chive ones). Cash only so make sure you’ve got some! Restaurant was well maintained and clean. Spent around £40 - around 6-7 dim sum dishes. Would highly recommend!
Panda is great, the dim sum is lovey and so are the other dishes, you will always be welcomed warmly and even if you haven’t booked they will try and fit you in the best they can.
All the dim sum and bun options are great and you can’t go wrong, good vegi options also.
The Chinese broccoli with garlic is great and the double cooked pork.
The staff here are lovey and always happy to help and always have a smile.
It’s BYOB bring your own booze, which is great (lots of shops around to grab a bottle etc).
The decor is very simple but reminded me of some of the best dim sum places in Asia I had visited.
The taste of the food was very similar to that of dim sum in Asia also.
All the food is made there and you can see them preparing the dim sum and other dishes.
Prices are not that bad either, well worth a visit and I will definitely be back.
Good food, good service, good value for money. No-frills place. Watch them preparing the dim sum freshly in their kitchen, using fresh dough and self-made fillings. Much better than the frozen stuff that they merely warm up elsewhere.
Panda is one of the best dim sum places outside of the center of town. Delicious dumplings and it's BYOB so really affordable!
We ordered about 3 lots of dumplings, aubergine in garlic, and the Dan Dan noodles (which were the stand out dish) and were stuffed!
